Go up the water spires to the pirate ship. Click the ship's wheel to get to the beach. He's inside the castle.
5 "an idle hand" spawn in the castle area. Cleared them 8 times so far and no named. My luck when it comes to getting named for the hunter achievement stuff is really bad. Though its probably also cause almost no one ever hunts in this zone either. EDIT: Cleared 11 times now. On the 12th set "The Constructor" spawned. Dropped the Simple Chest of Construction.

I canped this thing for hours with not a single spawn. Is it rare or something?
Well after more hours of camping this dude for the axe, got it to spawn and it dropped the box! lol Well at least I know it spawns now :P
