She spawned at the very top of the boat. She will spawn from any "vengeful" mob on the top part of the boat. She is rare I'm assuming, as it took me at least 15 clears to get her to spawn. Hope that helps!

Beginning to wonder if this mob still exists, have been farming it now for 5 days and has not popped at all. The bishop still seems to be rare and the pathing is still messed up though.

Anyone had any luck recently? badly need the earring for my shm :(

We got her to spawn from killing the 2 roaming vengeful mobs on the top deck near Gaitius Cloden quest NPC. She dropped a Lucid Remnant of Truth (wrist) and Gold Inlaid Earring of Vengeance. GL.
