I believe by his pathing that his PH is the roamer on the west side. A lower case name mob of the phantasm, fiend or samhain model of higher lvl than the surrounding mobs. He has a spectacular look, but the fight was a bit anti-climatic, dropped the ring and a dream shard.

He is big and scary, but honestly he is not that hard at all. He popped after about 2 hours of killing shaded mobs on the west side of zone. Dropped his ring. Not sure if any shaded mob is his ph or not.

Seemed to spawn from a shadowed PH on the western side of zone near the bridge structure with a frightfingers easy fight didn't notice any AOE's etc was even slowable dropped Lesser Nebulous Dream Fragment and a Ambiguous Remnant of Desire and the ring that's already listed plz update
