Can any tell me what his AE is please , appears to be an ice storm type with not range limit and no los needed hits for 22k or so he can chain cast it and i think twin cast have had him deal over 40k damage in one shot. if you know post it pls.

Also casts Hypothermia. I've seen him as both roaming and static orcs north of the zone in area.

Edit: Saw him again today. He dropped a T3 hands remnant and a Blessed Warrior's Earring.
