This guy spawns in a room with a bunch of mobs with large aggro. He was already up when we came in and killed him. We wailed on him, right over him, and still got three adds from the room. (One roamer and two others that joined in inexplicably).
He spawned repeatedly, and after killing him three times, we left, and he was still up. Just know about the adds - it's a straight up slaughter kinda fight, but the adds were a pain.

In doing the Abbit quests, we found out that starting in the Galo Maric room and pulling mobs to there (first from the tunnel, then from the larger cavern) would keep the adds down to a minimum. Usually only one or two mobs per fight.
Only dropped Studded Veil of the Assassin . 1 Urticaceae and 1 Undamaged Maxillipeds. Basically garbage. By the time you get to tier 3 you can purchase better off of Rotharran Radhelm in Feerrott, the dream with dream motes. I already had ally by that point. Only the dumbass people that pay for taskadds probably won't have the faction to buy tier 3 by the time they get to this zone.

what part of zone does this mob spawn?
Spawns in the Eastern part of Upper Thule, in the SW region with all the other bug creatures. The PH I found was adjacent to Morzad Earthcaster.

Any "a nightmarish centipede" are PHs in Morzad Earthcaster's room from my experience.
I got an Ambiguous Remnant of Devotion so it drops Arms too.
