Confused about the map and statements. try the circle room at the eastern most room in the basement. got him to spawn there after 8 cycles of the room. good luck to ya

Hit the basement, run east as far as you can,, to that little circular room with an alter. His PH was a female erudite model at the back of hte alter. He was a base male erudite model not holding anything.
The PH or the named will bring the golems behind them (due to proximity agro) with them if you haven't separated them, but this room is pretty cake. He did fear one of the merc clerics for like, 5 seconds, maybe 10... it wasn't long at all.
All the other mobs in here come in sets of two. I had a golem spawn behind him while I was killing him, and I just kept it mezzed during the battle. That's how tough he is.
Incidently, I put the necro on puller and ran him over and had 6 adds. I ran the warrior over had died, I ran the chaner over and had zero adds. That big room bofore this ons is a PITA... you got a mix of live and undead mobs and they just wander every damn where. Once you get across, it's cake though. There's even a big prep spot before his room..the stairs.. nice and quiet.
There's two bone golems at the top of those stairs, behind the stairwell door leading down to his room... so watch it when you open that door....they see thru invis and undead invis......
Edited to say that stairwell ain't safe. There's a sweeper cube that came down there, either 20 or 30 minutes in, on the stairs.. must've been killed earlier by the mages that were in the big room. I had campfired back and I know I was afk for a good 20 minutes. ....and then POW, he hit. So, rephrase, that prep spot ain't quite as safe as I thought....guess there is a roamer after all.

I can confirm the location described, saw him up on the right side of the altar as you enter the room. Excellent info, good directions.

Have seen Darnor spawn from all 3 bone crafters around the altar.

WHere does this guy Spawn? Been killing where a rival site claimed he spawned and nothing for over 20 Cycles and 2 days..

Confirmed dropped chest remnant
He dropped:
Minor Nebulous Dream Fragment and a belt.
Belt of the Faithful Servant.
Basically the same as Darnor's Belt minus the spell effect slot.
Didn't notice any casting, hit fast though.
