PH is "a lizardman watcher". Only one in the camp mentioned below. Spawned in its place.

Killed Yaotl several times this morning. Dropped Deadeye Ring, Watchful Ring and Tae Ew Sticthed Spaulders. Also dropped Abstruse Remnant of Fear (legs) twice.

Spawned in the lizard camp just south of the PoK book, near the north bridge. I don't know which mob was the PH, but the named roamed about the camp if that helps.
