Dropped Renant of Truth (wrist) for me as well, plus Empyrean Scepter which I put on my Shaman although I'm not sure he'll ever use it 2HB. !h and and Shield combination is better for stats.
Wish I'd noticed the DISPELL tip earlier, I'll surely dispell him next time, thought he went down slow. I'm guessing he must recast too?

I have killed him many times. I have seen everything from his loot table except for the recondite remnant of desire. I don't think he drops that.

Dropped Rem of truth (wrist) and Petrified earing. 2 boxed him, pretty tough frog but now match for me..
a_wicked_thorn_frog. thereare 2 on the south half of the lake. got him from both. n320 x n2300 x n230 and n475 x n2135 x n233. good hunting. nice map. my 2nd loc is the one you circled for riggbit
