We finally managed to kill this guy with my guild. Raided him with about 4 groups... We wiped the first time, but we came back and killed him! He dropped the warhammer and the gnoll fang. I was the lucky guy who won the roll on the warhammer. Woot!
Next week we plan on raiding... an Orc Pawn!!

In North Qeynos: Fippy Darkpaw spawns regularly in the newbie area in front of North Qeynos. He shouts a threat to the zone and then charges the Qeynos gate, only to be killed off by the guards outside.
In Brell's Rest: Fippy Darkpaw is a little more difficult. See this quest entry for event and loot information. A chest spawns with loot after completion of this event.
In Overseer:
This card comes as a bonus to the Overseer Starter Bundle in the DB Store under Overseer. Comes with 5 Overseer Agent Packs containing 3 Common Agents.
After you purchase you might have to log out and back in a couple times but it will eventually show in your /claim window as "Overseer Agent Pack" x 1

Could a level 15 twinked ranger solo this guy?
A level 5 ranger can solo Fippy man. He drops nothing of importance either. He's more use alive, watching him try to make it to south qeynos zone line. He never makes it...

I wonder if anyone has ever tried to assist fippy in his quest to reach S Qeynos? Whack all the guards along his path.... :)
I wasnt able to solo him till i hit around 35. But by then I was soloing Hill Giants so his loot was comparatively weak.

ME: Fippy, have you even BEEN to Blackburrow these days? Newbies are slaughtering all the gnolls in there. I don't think they are going to rally to your cause.
Fippy: WHAT!! There are people slaughtering beloved gnolls. Fippy then feels a feral rage flowing through his blood and summons a SNAKE warder. Fippy is now a beastlord.
ME: Fippy level up like the rest of us and when you are strong come back and make Qeynos pay for defiling your lands. Tell all gnolls everywhere what has happened and MAYBE they will rally to your cause.

aww he can't help being a gnoll he a little cute puppy leave him alone.
That One day, Fippy Wins. He charges the city, the first guards attack, And he beats them, he keeps running, more guards come, he beats them. and every guard me kills is replaced by a gnoll at around the same level and power. And he sets up shop in the UFO. All humans in town despawn as gnolls but with similar names just more.....gnoll-like. Anyway. So the purpose of the GM event for the people to invade Qeynos, Raid style and Kill the new Super-fippy who lives in the UFO.

Well Flippy is now (at least for the 5th EQ anniversay) "Fabled" He dropped Flippy's Fabled Paw which is +5 Wis +5 INT +5 Sv Cold for Pimary, secondary and range slots.

ok, i just got a great idea, first, a lvl 60-65 guild needs to go to Queynos, then, they need to kill all of the people in Queynos that will attack Fippy, so, when Fippy spawns he will run in to the city, but no one will be there to kill him, so, we will finnally be able to find out where he has wanted to go all of these years...well, now that i feel dumb, im off!!
Cool glitch one time -- he was never attacked, and he ran past the Ironforge store/home and into the temple of Rodcet Nife. The paladins killed him.

actually, one time while i was on a newbie character, i tried to kill Fippy as he ran towards the gates. he somehow got past the guards before they agroed, and he ended up running all the way to the South Qeynos zone that is next to the cobbler. once he got to the zone, he just sat there till the guards caught up with him. *shrug*

then he gets to the SQ zoneline, he shouts some BS about him claiming the city of Qeynos in the name of the Sabertooths of Blackburrow. Even though every gnoll brave enough to stand against the mighty Qeynos Guard will fall. Unless the gnolls somehow organized a raid and actually became organized in their attacks...

god he's funny. But its sometimes funner to chase him down. Amusing thing to do to pass time is watch him make a mad dash for the gate and see who gets him first- newbies out for revenge or the guards.

This guy is an idiot, he runs relentlessly at the gates and normally gets eaten alive by Hewet and Ghenus but rarely the guards are fighting a snaek or sumthin and he makes it to the south qey. zone and then kinda doesnt no what to do and dagarok annhialates him. But u gotta admit he does have spirit lol

I think Fippy has ADD. His kamikaze missions against the Qeynos guards are hilarious. I saw him the other day attempting to claim Qeynos in the name of the Gnolls when I toss him a bottle of Ritalin and all of a sudden he goes Berserk and starts attacking the wall.

It's cute when he tries to keep running after you've barbequed him and the way he just twitches, precious hehe

Fippy managed to get right the way into the city last time I saw him. Sneaked past the guards while they were off killing some stupid fire beetle, then ran for about a minute and a half, claimed the city in the name of the Gnolls and died a quarter second later.

I was running into Qeynos today and got passed by this guy and kind of shook my head a moment and then backstabbed him for 55 and he went down, but was weird cause he ran right by about 6 guards and they did nothing

The other day i was wandering around with my enchanter in qeynos. For fun i charmed fippy darkpaw, and bought him in the town with me. I got a cluster of newbies chasing me, trying to figure out why they couldnt kill him. I finally let him loose inside the UFO. Probally the furthest into the city hes ever ogt.

The other day me and a friend of mine were sitting at the gates and all of a sudden good ol Fip runs right by us and makes a b-line for the monk guild. Needless to say it was pretty damn funny that he managed to get into town.

Fippy is a wimp. He's just a bit harder than gnoll pups, people just like killing him because he is named (who doesn't. There's just something about killing named things...). It's funny, running into qeynos for the bank, seeing fippy make his way halfway into the city. At least he drops fangs, and at least Capt. Tillian is on the way to the bank.

He cons blue, black and yellow to my lv 6 bard and can be a pain when he comes out of no where sometimes has weapon, drops fur, teeth and once a large fur cape.
