Can repeat every 5 minutes "Unlimited". I used it at lvl 53 and was healed 51 hp 11 times .. it seemed to be quicker than a tic when it healed.. like 4 seconds.. but not certain.

I don't know why it's taken me this long to notice this, but the loyalty vendors always seem to have just one giant container available for 1728 crowns. The container offered changes seasonally, perhaps monthly.

I decided to purchase this. I have 4 accounts and loads of token points. More then 800 per account so i figured i would purchase 1 bag of platinum. I was given exactly 13197 pp on a level 90 iksar shaman. To see how much chronobine you get i purchased a bag for 18 loyalty tokens. It was only 100 chronobine. Same thing with the bag of orux. Only 100 orum.

It seams like as much as I fight I can't get my Velocity to raise. I am constantly doing group missions and killing mobs but it never goes up. How or which mobs are you supposed to kill to raise this?
