found him today. Go into the hall with all the golems, take a right into the first hallway. I found 2 in the room with the Lectors. They it seems to be a common drop but not every one drops it.
2 in the Fountain Room and 3 more in the room behind it (leading to secret tunnel behind the throne room)

guess nobody has done this so as to let the rest of us know where these guys spawn? i find that hard to believe being a week away from end of events 2010
