anyone know how often he pops and what the delay is?
Placeholder spawn time is 19 minutes, the goblin drunkard is uncommon, maybe 1 in 5?

I soloed him this morning and looted his potion. It then saved my butt 5 seconds later when the bar room aggroed...

I heard this item was used for a bard quest, but cannot find any information about it. Does anyone know this to be fact? Where can I go to get information about it?

This drink is a healing/regen/clarity potion but it is lore, so you cannot pick up more than 1.

He also drops a Fine crystal staff which is like the water crystal staff but has some fire based DD spell as it's proc. Btw frothy Goblin Tonic is a heal/regen spell I heard it has slight clarity effect as well but that I'm not sure of and I think is a rumor.
