In Beholder's Maze, the Gorge of King Xorbb: King Xorbb does indeed exist, albeit rarely and only briefly. He is rumoured to be found at the Altar where his lords Sviir and Syrkl can be found --though many believe this rumor to be false in that sightings of him being a roaming NPC are more typically reported in the last 10 years. His Slime Crystal Staff is possibly used as part of a quest which exists in Najena (is used to make the Blued Two-handed hammer). The Orb, Sphere, and Circle fitting names for things as round as eyes...

My group saw him in the pit and there was another lord and didnt fight him and leave because he coned red to all of us. there was to lvl 19s, two 20 and one 21

I am told that to get him to spawn, Syrkle and Sviir have to be up, and then a goblin lookout has to be killed in the "temple" area.
I have never seen him, but this is what I am told needs to happen.

me and Brother 36 Shaman has killed him least 5-7 times, never had a staff ? some sorta lens that looks like a Lightstone, like quest item ?

I think this guy is talking about Lord Soptyvr. He drops a GLS looking orb used in a Paineel quest for Terror Mask... King never drops nerves, either.

OK, the eyes probably run the show in the gorge and runnyeye.
I saw the King myself a few days ago. He was wandering around the Gorge, occasionally passing by the EK entrance tunnel. He buffed the mobs like all the evil eyes do, but instead of Quickness, he gives them a damage shield. (I know because I charm mobs and pull another one, and the spam of two mobs with damage shields is quite large, lemme tell you).
At lvl 21, he conned solid red to me. A 20 warrior and 33 monk engaged him, and were promply slain.
I must say I dunno where his spawn spot is, but the throne seems likely. He certainly wanders though. As for rarity, I've been levelling in the gorge on and off from 16 to 21, and had never seen him before this day (and I've done 6 hour shifts too). I suspect Chasm Mino's may be placeholders, 'cause I only got round to killing them recently, and behold ! The king spawned.

It's not so much a backwards spelling as it is switching the 'b's and the 'x's. And has anyone noticed that eyes are runnyeyegoblinclan faction? (as in your faction with runnyeye goblins is your faction with eyes)

Hehe, this may sound a litle funny, but i was walking around looking for this guy when a PKing gnome showed up, and of course he was like 5 or 6 levels higher than me, i ran, but.... as i ran against the zone i meet this one, and the gnome stopped and got killed by him. Wow he saved my life =)

The king also drop Ring of King Xorbb, which have a pretty nice look in the equip window and is 3 int , 3 wis, and 2 AC if i remember well, but it is pretty damn rare.

I've been told that Xorbb is very similar to his identical associate inside Runnyeye, Borxx. Whatever the case, this guy's mean. I've run into him three times with a level 20 cleric and been slaughtered instantly and easily with one, single spell from the beast. It's right up there with "Borxx blinks."

I have seen King Xorbb ONCE in all the hours i've hunted in the pit. he is somewhat underconned in my opinion, but the group i was in was around 19 or so

I all but lived in that pit from 21 to 25, including a few 12+ hour marathons. I have yet to see Xorbb spawn there. Never even saw a shout about him being up/dead/etc. I have also never seen Spinflint anywhere in Beholder (I have been prowling the whole zone lately looking for the rares).

I've camped the pit for over a day and never seen him. He must be one of those-once a week/month/year--spawns.

Seems to be avery rare spawn. We had him suddenly appear behind the throne in the eye pit. We were 3 lvl 21 wizards and killed him without too much trouble. he dropped a Slime Crystal Staff on this occasion. It would appear that maybe Spinflint is an alternate spawn for him since I have seen The rock dervish spawn there several times.
