Posted: Oct 08 2001 at 5:03 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I am a 22 Bard, deciding to pay Crushbone a little visit. I pretty much"grew up" there from lvl 8 to 18. I plan to take revenge on Retlon and his pet. If you decide to do the same, be sure to have a cleric handy. By now, my magic resistance is quite high, so I expect to resist many spells. I fight in the high keep where goblins double attack for damage in the 50's, so this will be a happy change. And don't tell me I'll get whooped, because I know CB like the back of my hand. I hope to beat him, because I don't feel like dying.

He has no HP on him and doesn't take long to melee him if you hit for over 20, or if you're a monk and hit so often. You can kill him easily between 17-20, dont try to if you are under that though. Im taking my 22 Iksar Sk to take him and everything else in CB out this week. I hope to get a DRT, DD and bracer of battle.

Hitting this thing with Lvl 14 Cleric + Druid spells like Smite and Expulse Summoned a few times while you're attacking the pet will knock this thing out for good quite easily.

This thing stinks. It cons red to me when retlon cons blue. And his pet will KoS me but retlon won't. This thing also likes joining trains or any battle at all. I was fighting an oracle and this thing starts rooting and bashing me from behind! This thing has killed me more times then retlon!

Well I have a 23 cleric and I was messing around with him in CB one time and I see this little gnome in a hole. He conned green and glowered at me. His pet was also green and it was a fire ele. Well Retlon hit for a bout 40 avereage and his bout hit for 30. I dropped real quick. With full buffs I have about 500 Hp I believe.

Retlon Brenclog and his pet generally spawn in a deep pit in the slave pits. Pretty hard to spot. If you give Retlon Key # 15 he takes off and his pet kills you so be careful on that. His pet does cast root and will aggro everyone in the zone. You become unpopular freeing the pet then not killing it. Worse than freeing Dvinn.

The Fire pet is weak too it's retlon using that @#$@$#$ Ignite spell. the fire pet hits a lv 10 pally with 200 or so ac for about 3-8 dmg and casts for about 15 with some fire dd. Hes not so tough and i could take him if not for that darn gnome
