Merc Solo'd by a 95 Paladin, mostly T3 VoA gear. Wasn't hard. Dropped the aug. Uncommon spawn, or just for me, spawned back to back once.
Max hit was around 7k i had maybe 74k hp, 7.1k ac

Slaggard is known to spawn on the lava platforms on the third level of the fortress (around location 960, 1110, 600).
Most or all of the Bellikos there (including the roamer) are PHs.

Doped the mount for me after 7x of killing him
Dropped Hand clay tonight for us
Minimum of 4 of them so far(could be up to 6 PH). kill every single bellicos on the platform thing including the roamer that goes in the hall going down.
This one spawns a bit. we have had 3 of them and one time it was a pop kill pop within 2 min.
Just and FYI put about 2-3 min in between killing of bellicos to maximize your spawn chances.
Do not go short on killing here Kill it all and it will pop. If you are only killing a couple belli's then your spawn chance will be crap.

He also dropped a Brachial clay tonight. He spawns a few rooms below The Collector in the temple and his placeholders seem to be the bellikos mobs. We set up camp right below the Apexus Enforcer spawn location and pulled the bellikos and telmirans from the room just above it. He spawned 4 times to one Apexus Enforcer spawn over the 6 hours of camping. Nothing special about his attacks.He looks like the other lava golems in the zone.
