Camped her room for Priest Amiaz for a day and he didn't spawn, but she spawned 5 or 6 times in a 4 or 5 hour period. Always 3 mobs in the room ranging from the necro theurgist, greater skeleton, and a ghoul. I didn't notice the ghoul being the PH, but it may be true. The next day I camped priest Amiaz for a few hours, she never spawned...so I don't know what the deal with that was. Also, this is NOT the blackened wand needed for the red monk sash like others have said.

Maybe I got lucky but I just stayed in the room for the entire time kept it clear and right after Amiaz the Tham appeared she will be there just keep the room clear.

Okay, here is some updated info on her. I just spent a few ours in befallen at lvl 40, just killing everything. There is some wrong info on this mob. Here is the real deal as of may 19, 2004. She spawns in the same room as Priest Amiaz. Just keep clearing his room, and she will spawn. Was harder than the other mobs, but no problem whatsoever at lvl 40. Cats heat blood, life spike, and some general DOTs. has maybe 300 hit points, pet has around 500. Good luck on this one, and just keep clearing that room!
How to get to room- Drop down the famous well on level 1, take your 70 dmg, then as go straight out of the small room you find yourself in, you will enter a larger room. Turn around to the left, you will see another passage, go in, there will be a small room with about 4-5 mobs in it. Keep that room cleared, the mobs are on about a 19 min timer.

I was down in there and i got a Gossimer Robe=not that great but an effect on it

Just playing around in here waiting for Gynok Moltor to spawn... let my pet loose to have fun and killed the The Thaumaturgist Piece of Cake... Dropped the Gossamer Robe and the Dagger of Marnek... trying to get some barbed stuff for another Character... but that's another story.

I dropped in to Befallen (literally - best way is direct to 3rd floor as the room you need is right around the corner). When I arrived, the Thaumaturgist was up. Killed her and got the Dagger of Marnek and a Gossamer Robe. I was there for 4 hours (like exactly 4 hours). The timer is approx. 19 mins. as stated elsewhere so that make 12 spawns total. The Thauma pops in the center, junk mobs on the right by the spikes and the Priest on the left (very last spawn of course as I left after so 1 of 12). The Thaumaturgist popped 5 times out of the 12 rotations and she dropped the Dagger of Marnek 4 out of the 5 times (I looted her 3 times (2 daggers) and let two strangers jump in for one each. She also dropped the Gossamer Robe twice.
I had a druid in tow so I just ported out but the alternate way is to kill either of the Shadowknights as they each drop all 3 keys. I killed both of them during my wait and picked up the Barbed Legplates as well as the Bone Bladed Claymore. Good luck. Go see what happened regarding my Brother Basta er Raster non-camp.

Is the dagger still dropped ? I killed her for about 20 times and still nothing
Any info appreciated.

i got a damask robe off her today ac 5 or 6 cant remember not worth much got the dagger a gossamer robe and some other things as well was suprised as to how much she drop'd;)

As a 28 mage, the entire room still aggro'd on me when i pulled her. My pet dispatched of the pesky undead though.

I'd be extremely surprised that a level 20 creature would drop the Crimson Robe of the Alendine because it "also" drops from Cazic-Thule.
