I saw this NPC cast two spells while we were fighting it:

[Sun Jul 04 02:23:19 2010] A Resonating Crystalkin begins to cast a spell. <Resonant Hum>
Resonant Hum seems to be the drunkenness-and-melee-effects spell mentioned by others below, while Song of My Beauty appears to be a Directional AE nuke, as well as a Knockback effect.

Mob was up when I zoned in. It was pathing on EAST side of center "outer" ring. This is the spot you cross the little bridges to go over the lava. It is also on the bottom floor of tower/center.
Uses Resonant Hum which will make you drunk.
I have max AT (450) and while I did not get the stat losses associated with being drubk, I still got the unstable effect (sliding back and forth).
