confirmed loc + 133 -369 -56 the ph is the mephit right next to the campfire, its close enough to the other known PH

I can confirm +39, -425, -55 as the PH loc for this guy. It's a much easier camp since the patch where they cleaned out the superfluous mobs. So far can only confirm one PH for him.

also confirmed and thank you, bard in zone said she has gotten it from other surrounding mobs also, but spawns at this loc 4 out of 5 times so far
Do this one have any specials? Name of its Blind?
