So the fight isnt the easiest ... Has an AE that knocked whole group down about 4k hp. Our group was Cleric , Warrior , Shaman , Mage , Ranger , Rouge .. ll 85 all T9 / Tower geared .. Fight took less than two minutes ... I healed with Shaman and pet attacked mage and kept casting Runmbling Servant whenever it refreshed Cleric never went below 70% mana and the fight was over fast ... Dropped Carpacase Guard ... Hope this helps

Pristine Shrunken Skull - Charm Slot 7 and Slot 3
Also dropped a Pristine Shrunken Skull http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=88228. Popped at -70, -213, -43. Place Holder was stone husk beetle and stone husk burrower.
