Drops Pouch of Goul ashes for Dark Elf war suppliers quest

The ash drops off the froglok realist, not the idealist. The quest rewarded me with an illusion dwarf potion, positive faction with the evil side of the war, and negative faction with the good side.

lol, i camped him for 7 hrs so far and he's spawned twice and neither time did he have the pouch...very aggrevating

Waited at this guys spawn point for a few hours the other day hoping ta get a couple EB items he drops so I would have at least something to hold me over until I can get a FBE or something, didn't spawn once, anyone know if this guy is still in the game?

He's on track atm, so he's still spawns..

This room is hard to find even with a map, so I'll take you from the squire room. Go to eqmaps.com or eqatlas.com if you need help getting there, that's not so hard.
Okay, let's say you're in the squire room with your back to the wall, facing the squire. Walk forward and through the doorway on your right, then take the ramp down that is on your left. The first left at the bottom of the ramp will be a square staircase, at the top are the idealist, tonta knight, and one other spawn. The tonta knight spawns on the platform to your left as you come up the stairs, the idealist and one other frog spawn on your right. Draw a parallel line between the two frogs on your right, the idealist is the one furthest from you as you come up the stairs.

This guy is quite a bit higher that 22, he still agroed on me at 37
