spawns in the hive now. paragons are still the PHers. There is one room with a bunch of clicknar you will find the paragon PH in there.

We killed the Hive Nurse today with 2 groups, all lvl 85 SK, Cleric x3, Shaman, Ranger, Necro, and a lvl 80 Mage with a couple of mercs up to help tank/heal as it was hard for SK to keep aggro on all the adds from the healers by himself.
At first we did not have enough dps it seemed wih the same group force pulling her over by the hill west of the big mushroom by Xax and Anoh Chex camps, she would summon adds @90% hp then walk off and reset, she even once popped at zone in and walked around whole zone as she came back.
We tried to kill her right by the shroom area for the 3rd time and it was much easier, she spawned adds @ 77%, 59%, 40%, and 18% hp sets each with 3 adds, the adds were not to terribly hard as they did not hit as hard as other mobs and had much less hp's. We had the shaman slow all 3 of them and the group split them up so tank mercs and SK could keep aggro easily on the adds and not on the healers.
We were able to keep her dps'ed and low hp enough to keep her from resetting so dots are very important at keeping her regen down, wanna keep her loaded up with dots when she resets so her regen is cancelled and she won't reset.
You do not need a lot of dps for this either, but it is essential and very helpful especially dot dps, so necros are very helpful to keep her regen down and maybe if able to snare her to keep her from walking off.
When she reset she summoned ppl to her so have tank be prepared to tag her back to group/raid ASAP so she doesn't kill people off.
Rinse and repeat until she's dead and it was very easy fight doing it this way.
Our total dps was also only about 3.1k dps, and sk tanked it easily the whole time with no deaths.

killed it last night, well when we got it to the last 10% or so the protectors spawned, so we killed them, in the meantime the 3 dots we had on The Hive Nurse finished her off and the corpse poofed...no corpse no loot 8(
This bug dont need raid toon to tank but you really really need good DPS.It will spawn 2 or 3 adds when HP drop down.It wont attack when any add is still alive so you can just tank adds and kill them(min hit 1000+ max hit 3500+,so 35% shielding really help here).
Be warned tho,if you let Nurse regen back to 100% you will have to deal with adds in 80%-85% AGAIN(yea,no chance if you are 2 or 3 boxes unless you have really really good DPS output.)So if you cannot kill adds fast enough,it will be an endless Waltz of bugs.Really sux when you found this one up but no DPS classes LFG...

on saryrn, proved the adds are timed, she was able to spawn adds at 75% and again at 1%, died before going inactive. try it again with about 9k dps and you'll see that she isn't so hard.

after a few hours, the "a cliknar protector" was near the hive nurse. killed it, reset.

Currently on Nameless, the hive nurse's hp fluctuates from 74-81%. She is in her unnattackable state, and we cannot find the adds anywhere. Guess someone wiped and it never reset her.
