-1594 Spawn Point on map and nothing. Can anyone confirm a spawn point or general area?

Dropped Deathmaker's Ring of Dread and Strong Captured Cliknar Mount Saddle.
Hit 10.5k, slowable, and had a pretty nasty DD that went off.
