This has his level posted way wrong. I was in Tox forest on 12/17/01 and he is red to a level 44. Just figured it might be helpful for those that like guard killing.

Not to be screwed with.
One of the ubbered-up variety of guards.
At lvl-55 he conned blue to me, hit for close too 200dmg and nuked my ass for about the same, ... gud fing mez have skele up to act as speed bump whilez mez legged it !!! :)
