Killed her accidentally when questing and got negative faction with Underfoot Citizens, Underfoot Denizens, Underfoot Protectors and positive faction with Underfoot Autarchs and Underfoot Subversionists

Be careful when pulling lavakin, she'll add if you/it get too close. Now I know why most people camp the lavakin from the base of the ramp!
