Be forewarned this quest giver is right next to 2 KOS mobs.
When I got the task I interacted with him I was sneaking so had no problem. When I went to do the final turn-in I forgot to sneak and got aggro immediately. Thank Karana for instant evac!
I didn't want to try to do the turn-in while invis'd, for fear or losing the box and failing the task. Maybe that would work.
