Camped this named over a 25% increase in rare spawn weekend. It still did not spawn very frequently - Only about once every two hours. Took 12 hours total to get the corruption aug. I did get one of the clicknar mounts in that time though, was a nice surprise. Good luck!

also drops Stellite Encrusted Tarsal Clay as well, thats the ones for FEET

he spawns off of any of the elementals in the pools by the Gilbot traders, rare spawn for me

Spawns from the water elementals. I'd assume any elemental can spawn him. He hits hard and has an AE that was drilling my shaman pretty hard.
