Where is this npc? what loc?
Could someone confirm only the tank version merc is available after completing, no new cleric form for merc I guess? Are there any cleric merc Halloween quest, or any other way to get a unique cleric merc? Thanks in advance.

I petitioned this, it just doesn't seem right. Scarecrow tank mercs are useless to all the melee characters in the game. This needs to be fixed and a healer merc added.

I just finished this with my monk not knowing what the reward was. Now that I know, I'm wishing I didn't waste my time with it. I'll most likely never use a tank merc, so will most likely never use this scarecrow one.
Do the "Halloween: The Hunt for Tattooed Flesh" task (which consists of doing "Halloween: Digging the Graves" 5 times) to get this flag and a title suffix "the Haunted".
