Use extreme caution if you encounter this npc. He has some psycotic hatred of all pure casters. He hit my 13th level wizard for over 300hp with a single spell while I was meditating by the windmills.

This guy isn't over by the windmill, and has no problem with most anyone...if he killed you by the windmills then you agroed him somehow.
