I think that since his level can vary depending on your char's level his level should be listed as 1-90.

Level appears to vary by level of the person doing the quest, and appears to always be a weak dark blue con.

This quest is also given out by the halfling poison master in Rivervale.
hes for a quest called *a small favor- Louis Stull* its the froglok version of the rogue poisons quest given by poison master jix in rathe mountains by the shd and rogue guild masters... i believe its the exact same as this quest https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=4855 except that the named that has to die at the end is differnt... on that note can anyone tell me how to make the new poisons? right now my make poison skill is at 171 and its saying im to inexperienced to try strike of the shissar VI.. which is trivial at 172.. so if anyone could give me info on what i need to get my make poison skill at or what quest i need to do so that i can make those higher lvl poisons it would be appreciated
Most, if not all, of the Shissar poisons, have minimum skills above their trivial. If I remember correctly, I believe Ngreth said this was due to how inexpensive they are to make, and thus had the higher minimum level to avoid using them as an almost free skill up path.

havinbg the same prob's. am working quests to get as many done as i can to see if that helps, so far it's not :(
