Just finished soloing this guy on my 71BST w/ cleric merc.
BST stats: 17000hps selfbuffed + Temerity rk2, 2200ac, 2100 atk, 1100AAs
Mob stats: Approximately 195k HPs, took me 7 minutes to kill him solo.
This mob is an SK, but I didn't see a HT. Doesn't mean there isn't one, but I didn't see it.
He also enrages, summons, and is immune to root/snare like all other named in this zone.
Fight details:
I got hit for a max of 2994 (average of 1758), with him getting some lucky rounds of double that. Thankfully, he was so busy casting crap I resisted 100% of the time to give my cleric some time to fill in the gaps.
Dropped the sword for me, nothing else.

Spawns in courtyard alot... dropped quest leggings my 3rd kill

I've seen him pop in several spots around the first courtyard near the entrance. I think he pops in the entryway as well.
Us Immune to Run Speed changes, Summons, and Slowable.
