Spawns in the regrua room on the Left-side; same room as Krziik the Mighty. You can pull around The Fabled Krziik carfully.
He seemed to hit a little harder than the other PoW fabled group mobs (pet weaps/Fabled Triloun etc). 3boxed 82 Pal/Zerk/77Shm + 3 mercs.
Max hit at 4200ac, 35% shielding was just over 6k. Flurries alot.
