I had him spawn twice in tow diffrent places within an hour so the two hours is not right

This guy spawned for me near the entrance of the chamber that Grioihin the Wise spawns in. I had to camp the area and clear trash mobs and re-pops for about two hours before he spawned. Took him down with a Lvl 85 Shaman, Tier 5 Merc Warrior, and pet.
