Correction i can confirm she spawns at the end of the mission but have heard rumors she spawns after you kill the first wave of mobs and hail the general have yet to see this but she is a rare named for such a long mission. ok just did mission again she spawned after first wave of mobs killed hailed general she was up on track same room as mentioned by others the room at the end of the left tunnel . so i have gotten her after first wave and at the end of the instance mission . requires a ton of clearing but it paid off this time dropped type 3 shoulders and wrist/hands essence :)

I had Chaxyl spawn twice and both times it spawned after the first wave was finished and the general hailed. It spawned in the smaller room at the far east.
