Made the mistake of slowing him and he tore through my group like tissue paper. Faced him after reading comments here and avoided slowing him and took him down without any problems. Yeah, don't slow this guy. it makes him go into god mode.
When i tried to slow him, i got the message : Your spell may have had the opposite effect of what you desired.
He's tough and if you have to fight him, try without slowing him.

Can anyone confirm how (i.e., what % or what effect) casting a slow on this NPC actually has? Or is this just a dev having fun with an NPC combat emote?
