Guardsman Breg  

Apparently a bug with The Grey version, and has been removed The Grey. He belongs here, in the Safe Passage mission in Old Commonlands, and is there to prevent you form zoning to the static Bloody Kithicor, but if you're fast and/or multiple people trying to run past him, you can get by, which is unfortunate, since it means, running across the zone to the Quest NPC, re-entering the instanced Old Commonlands, and running acroos that zone to the Colonel to get ported to the instanced Bloody Kithicor.

Same model in Old Commonlands as the removed one in The Grey, and same emotes.

Spawns after completing the task step of escorting the NPCs to Bloody kithicor zone in Old Commonlands. Spawns at the tunnel to Bloody Kithicor near the following /location:

Your Location is 1042.05, 3621.77, 38.37

The guardsman tells you, 'You need to speak with the Colonel before you can proceed. Them's is my orders.'
