Its called Solusek A its in Lavastorm.. its 20-50 ish
Another great place to look for him is near the SolB zone, behind the network of secret passages past the predator room, between the solB zone and the reckless efreeti room he has a very good chance of spawning, though in the 5 or so times I saw him today he did not drop the totem. Good luck!
