These seem to roam randomly all over the zone. The respawn rather quickly. Luckily killed Terrorvenom 4 times. 2 rings and 2 augs. There appears to be a constant parade of them roaming through the area with the assassins. Pulled a couple of elves then i would kill spiders for a while then rinse repeat.
