respawn time is exactly 6 minutes.
Named seems to appear about 1/4 of the time.
3 kill so far, 3 slot 7 only shoulder pieces :(.
Has about 450K hps
max hit on me was just under 6K, most hits in the 1-3K range, hits pretty fast even slowed.

killed today with a 82 necro and 2 85 mages 1 tier 4 tank and 2 tier 3 clrs was pretty simple and straight forward from what i could see hit for avg around 3 - 5k was just casting shock of discordant steel and bolt of molten scoria on the mages other than rancorous servant and on necro was just casting his high end dots also put host of elements and servant of ro on him (both mages did basically the same thing) this is about my third time killing him it a pretty easy fight for a solid grp and nice drops also

Because the Guktan look is just that, a look. SOE just did not update the old FL like they did with the kobold and gnoll models.

actually they explained this on beta. Sturk is actually from the present day and wandered into toskirakk via the void. he then came down with a sickness known as Jaetarr's Plague and went insane.
many of the slaves in tosk are actually from the future too. here is the dev quote:
The players are transported to Toskirakk's slave-mine from the Void in the far future. In the slave-mine, players discover what it means to be a non-Zek humanoid living in the era of the Rallosians. Elves and Dwarves are hunted down, pressed into miserable servitude in the platinum mines, and have nothing to look forward to until they die of starvation, mistreatment, or worse at the hands of their cruel Rallosian overlords. With the weakening of the timeline, other humanoids have stumbled upon Toskirakk by way of the Void, and haven't been as lucky as other adventurers now arriving. The Dark Elf slave Dwerina Feystalker gradually gets the idea that something to do with the corruption of time is happening here, and offers the players the chance to escape from the mine...

Not sure what if any faction he's on, but he's KOS when he pops, unlike everything else in the area...

The PH for this guy is in the first room from the zone in from the Void. The one with the half circle stage type thing. The PH is the female dwarf on the back of the stage. When I camped this spot the ph was the only one spelt with a capital D, aka a Dwarven slave, not a dwarven slave. Hit me as a necro for 4800 so im assuming thats his max damage.
