She summons and is snareable. Soloeable by an 82 necro by dragging to guards and then out-dpsing them. Spawned twice in a row and dropped Shield of the Erendosman both times and Distorted Eternal Incandessence once. Placeholder was ikaav castigator that conned white to lvl 85.

From the zone-in in the City of Dranik, head up the hill and over the crest, then turn right. At the top of this hill is an archway, and just before it on the left, near 2 trees, are a noc and 2 ikaav. Xoneua's PH is the ikaav closest to the archway. She seems to be quite a common spawn.

She snared ok via the lvl 85 zerker in grp, didnt get a chance to summon so unsure on that sorry, dropped shield 1st and wep on 2nd :)
Have to be careful of wandering dragorns as they come to aid and if they do manage to get kill, corpse poofs!
