Who do you get A Limit to Despair from please? I have been unable to find any information on that quest whatsoever.

This NPC is for two different quests. The first one you must just hail him and then when you get Limit to Despair, you must kill him.

Max hit around 5k, quads, fairly high attack was getting hit 3500+ about half the time. Probably the hardest of the three for a limit to despair, though he does not summon, he also doesn't cast like the second mob in the task does (can't remember name atm).
