Max hit of 1141? I don't think so. Max hit on my 81 war with 3750 ac was 3463.

was able to bard charm any of the goblin type with voice of the mindshear rk 3

On 11/18 I was able to snare and root this mob. I only attacked one, so maybe they can't have runspeed changes occasionally?

Just park at the zoneline and kill the 5 goblins there and the scouts will spawn soon enough. Plus you get a named for essence as well. We got 6 scouts in 3 rounds with 1 named.
