Surprisingly, he can be snared (presumably rooted also, though I didn't try). Roughly 450k HPs.
Heh, he agroed my chanter. Ward of befuddlement Rk 2 procced and I was all like WTF ...wow.. he's mezzable... and hit him with Befuddle Rk 2, desolate deeds and bark of tashan. One quick mem wipe, an edict of command on the clay golem next to him and POW, dead Uk.

Can get him to spawn only from the Hulk Mobs(yellow con) in that first dead end area. Have seen him pop on the upper shelf on the left(if sitting all the way in the nook at the end of the dead end), the Second mob spot from the dead end and the roamer on the other side has a chance as well. Just like tosk zone, named mobs seem to take forever to spawn some days.
Also ge the mutineer guy in this area as well, the orc in the right hand corner is a PH for him.

Camped this mofo for about 12 hours. Got him to spawn 3 times total. I didnt see him spawn from clay golems like other say. I narrowed it down to the crystalline Hulks. Got him from 2 static hulk spawns and one roamer hulk. He's a bit too rare for my taste but really want the shock piercer.

Also spawned in place of the wandering "A crystalline hulk" in same area. I think he can spawn from any golem type mob, there.

Today, he is hitting fast enough to take down a 50k tank in about 2 seconds. Not sure if they buffed him up intentionally or unintentionally, but bring some rangers to WS and plenty of DPS if you want to kill him right now. :p
Also, he's yellow to level 84, so not always 87.

Update to previous: Came back the next day and killed him no problem with a tier 4 level 84 merc tanking. Was just a hiccup...

duo'd 85 mage and merc he isnt tough at all just uses a bit of mana best place to solo kill him is at the fork where you go to the frogs at he paths all the way over there. GL
static at 600, 494. Was dual wielding a sword and hammer. Dropped the sword + fine steel warhammer.

Make camp at Nedsin Tabbels and keep golems clear around that small area, roamers included. He's pretty rare spawn and drops the mask primarily but the sword does drop. Also, the sword was in his hand when I got mine :D

This guy needs to get better gear, altho his weapon is nice. :)
Like the poster below says, kill crystalline hulks in that room and Uk spawns fairly often. I know of at least two static spawn spots but I wouldn't be surprised if he could spawn from any of these mobs.

He pops in the big room up and to the left of zone in. Crystalline golems are his PH.
