This is a quest NPC.

She is actually the very first quest you must complete in order to get any of the other quests in zone.

You say, 'Hail, an injured slave'
an injured slave says 'Just leave me here to die. What is it you want from me? Can't you see that we are all doomed to the same [fate]?'

You say, 'fate'
an injured slave says 'Where have you been? Have you not seen all of the death the ogres have brought to us in this war? You do seem to have an air of mystery about you. Maybe you would be willing to do me a [favor]?'

You say, 'favor'
You have been assigned the task 'Times are a Chainin''.
an injured slave says 'I have seen the slavers carry keys to the chains that I am bound by. If you were to get a set for me, I think others here would see that you mean us no harm and would probably be more inclined to speak to you.'

You must loot a Toskirakk Shakkle Key. it can be from any trash mob in the zone.

Return key to injuried slave
