This is now a raid target, it seems. I took 40k of damage in one combat round under full defensive with 6300 AC and maxed in every defensive AA department.

My Group tried him twice last weekend, 85 ranger & DPS caster merc, 85 shaman & dps tank merc, 85 cleric & healer merc, had a 80 warrior & healer merc on outside for extra dps, we got wiped in about 4 seconds, Twice. We have killed this mob many times without the warrior add and never had a death until now. Ranger is 43ooac, 38k hp 800aa's not great but good enough for this mob. Something is definately up here!
Raid targets in Seeds of Destruction are confined to instanced raid zones. You must have gotten unlucky with that spike in damage.

It was a tongue-in-cheek remark to emphasize that this mob produces raid-mob-level damage on anyone attacking it. I am aware that this is not a true raid target.

Camped this guy for 2 nights in a row and he seems to spawn a lot. A lot more than the other named right there Griddunk. Get him twice in a row, the PH, then get him again. Drops that hammer almost every time so the shield is his rare for sure.

It seems that all the name in Tosk have high Ph's than name. I'm solo camping
as many as i can their. Every one i have camped so far have been long camps b4
i got ess or even name to spawn. Most time i have to kill name 3 or 4 times to get ess. But in that amount of time i happen to get both loots.. Not everytime. If i get ess that is fine ill move on.

I guess nobody decided to post how rare this named is, I have camped 12 hours and not a single pop killing the placeholder every 6 minutes. I'm 100% sure i'm in the right place.

Just went back and camped for 2 more hours. 1 spawn dropped Kite Shield of Arcane Spellshock and Distorted Medial Luminessence.

Him and his PH are a 6 minute spawn time but you will see his PH ALOT more than him.
If he has the Highmaul he will be wielding it.

This guys is fairly straght up fight. nothing really special flurries but goes down fast seems to have as many hp and most ogres in the zone hit a bit harder but nothing a healer cant help you with. He spawn on the second floor almost directly above the ring on the bottom floor. New sod maps should have his loc on there if not. you can run up to the second floor down the long hallway with the roaming ogre there is a spot where 2 little tight camps can be used the room where he spawns in is just oppisite of the long hallway as you look in the room second mob on the right and the there is another possible named there two but hes rare and i cant think of his name right off the bat. bring milk and cookies the spawn rate on him really slow sometimes.

Anyone have any hit, hp, or location info on this dude?

He is marked on the SOD map I downloaded. If he's not in that spot, then it's a placeholder. To get to that spot, you turn right after coming out of the initial warren/tunnel form where you zoned in from the Void. You'll go past the general and there's a door you go through that leads into a long rough tunnel. Eventually, you come into a room that is more polished and you find yourself into a hallway that leads to where the placehoders are (two named nearby).
The hallway is a nice spot to camp, but there is a roamer who goes by intermittently. Vrulen the Intendant is immune to stun. The Max hit against our tank was 3400 to 3500, his average his was 1750. I didn't notice any special procs, he seemed like a beefy ogre tank and wasn't that tough if you can keep up with the heals. If you're doing the quest that needs shackle keys, you can get them at this camp. The only real risk of this camp is if the roamer comes while you're tanking another mob.
The placeholders that I saw are yellow Rallosian sentinals. The placeholder for Vrtuen stands sort of in the middle of the walkway in the court that you come to if you leave the hallway to the right of the entrance. The one for Gridunk is the second sentinal to the left.

Killed him x3 tonight, dropped Kite Shield of Arcane Spellshock twice, and Kite Shield of Arcane Spellthrust once, as well as Distorted Medial Luminessence each time.
