Was killing the mobs in the Library, including the wandering human mob that goes up and down the hallway between library and direction of zone in. After a couple times of clearing the library and the walker...this guy popped out in hallway.

Had him spawn right in front of the altar today (in the skull area), so I suspect he can spawn anywhere in the room.

The spawn loc above is a crock. He actually is one of the three mobs to your immediate left when you first enter the room.
Me and my Friends have been camping this name for a week or so and have had no luck at getting the name to spawn. We have; however, had the Inquisitor dude spawn. Is this location correct?
