In the quest "Rebo's Carrots" this is the NPC that gets the carrots. This quest gives good faction with a lot of bad boys across Antonica, and only lowers faction with Rivervale merchants. Rivervale Merchant faction can easily be made up by handing over Deathfist Belts to Guard Budo.
You are mistaken, this quest loses faction with alot of bad boys, but gains faction with merchants.

Ummm easy quest... get behind desk and target her and say "i will take the stew" then go in bank passed the merchant to that guard in room with the big table and give to him, just faction and n00b exp i think
This quest changed a while ago. You now have to deliver the stew to one of the guards outside as noobs were levelling too quickly with no risk just by staying inside rivervale and running the stew to the guard repeatedly. Now you have to zone, so it is not as worth it to do over and over again.

Isn't she the person in Fool's Gold that wants to find her delivery boy to deliver some stew? I've never been able to find the boy or get the stew. Has anyone done this quest?
