Ok I killed this turkey a few times all I got was Lore silver ring what doesnt he have the Squad ring? Or does it have to be charged or something ?

why would anyone kill this guy? he hives bad faction to RV, and he drops jack for loot...then again i kill puntar sandfisher in nro all the time so i guess i should shut up, sorry

Higley drops a few silver, rusty weapon sometimes, sack of turnips if anyone did quest on him, and a silver ring which is useless.

Pulling him into the water and wasting him there is rather easy.
