I have killed this mob 5 times. Four times he spawned east of the zone in pillars and once to the west. Killing scaled wolves seems to pop him, unless it's a coincidence.
He hit me for max 5K or so (81SK- unbuffed 4.7K AC/1350 AA) but most hits were in the 1-2K range. Parses indicate he has aroune 370K HP and does around 1600 dps. My group consisted of me, my pet and mercenary cleric. The first time I pulled this mob he almost killed me - ended the fight at 10 pct health, 5 pct mana and OOM merc cleric. Since then I have remembered to pop scourge skin at the beginning of the fight which makes it much easier.
Didn't resist any spells that I saw, but stun proc on one handed weapon did not work. I used my slow spear from SG which got mitigated (partially successful). The slow proc is only 20 pct to begin with, so I am not sure how much slowing actually got applied.
He usually drops the mask and/or essence. The last time i killed him he dropped the aug, so I am pretty much finished with him.

Saw one on track on my Drood. Ran to it and a group was killing him. As soon as he was dead, saw another on track in a different spot. Either he respawns very quickly or there can be more than one up at a time.

Spawns randomly off the weak ones running around. Killed him, and watched him spawn 1-2 minutes later right next to us off a pup.

after killing this mob 5 times, ill say he spawns almost anywhere in the zone... seen him on the NE zone wall, SW zone wall, Middle north near the zone in. I think his PH is any scaled wolf or possibly any roaming wildlife.

This mob ENRAGES when it hits low health as of the last patch - be prepared.
anyone know for sure what the PH is for this? is it just the normal looking version of this mob type?

After seeing the mask about 20 times, I was about done even bothering with trying to get this..
Well, mob popped, I grabbed it - got the aug.. About 20 minutes later, he's up again, another aug.. Figures, right?

Golden Facade would be the mask you are referring to, and yes dropped for me tonight.
5240 max hit on me with 16% Shielding.

This mob seems to spawn a lot around the ZI. Half the time when I---um... <cough>--choose to evac my group, he's on track.
