Spawned at 263.94, -319.74, 15.52. Does rampage, but hits no more then the rest of the named in the zone. The placeholder is "a Skeleton" not to be confused with "a skeleton". This is located in the southeast part of the zone.
Dropped at 97.70. -53.38, 5.59 Squalid Fetish...

Dropped the Squalid Fetish listed below for me also.
Putrescent Cloud. Also it is an AE im thinking with a fairly short distance as the enchanter was never hit but the 3 melees were not sure about the cleric mercs who were also in melee range
He also dropped the sqalid fetish.

PH is a Skeleton (with capital S) that roams in the SE corner.

Where might these said placeholders be at in the zone?
Rampages (dunno if it's AE or single target), summons, immune to changes in runspeed

Did not summon me when I kited him. Snare was resisted a few times so I kited with no snare, if you have run speed 5 should be no problem, he is not that fast.
