Flawed Defiant Chain Tunic

I'm surprised at this since it's the "good" druids and rangers that protect them and the Unkempt Druids are supposed to be evil. I would think killing the Unkempts would cause this faction to go up, not down.
If you were me and I were you, would we still be friends?

Killing these named Unkempt Druids in Rathe Mountains is much faster than killing gnolls in Blackburrow to work up Jaggedpine Treefolk faction. Probably get around +300 per round of spawns, though one of them (Solveldi) doesn't spawn as fast as the others. Nolia is the biggest faction hit and has a respawn of maybe 5 minutes. It's very quick.

Got a Flawed Defiant Brawl Stick and Wood Elf Parts
Wanted the Flawed Defiant Chain Tunic --- got a Black Pearl
Second Kill got Flawed Defiant Brawl Stick and Wood Elf Parts
Third Kill got a Leather Roll and a Rubicite Ore
Forth Kill got 7 gold 8 silver and 4 copper
I thing the Flawed Defiant Chain Tunic may be a rare drop from this NPC
Fast respawn.

Perhaps she's part of a quest nobody's bothered to send in or hasn't been found?
Any information on what she's for, other than xp, would be awesome.
